OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN NEEDED
Fast-paced, team-oriented Retina practice seeking motivated and experienced Ophthalmic Technicians with excellent interpersonal communication skills to join our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities will include all aspects of patient workups including, but not limited to:
Working in EMR; taking detailed patient histories; recording visual acuity; assessing pupils; confrontation fields; taking intraocular pressure using applanation tonometry and tonopen; setting up and assisting with office procedures; diagnostic testing (i.e. OCT scans).
We pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of care and compassion to our patients. Ophthalmic experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is bright, detail oriented, has a great personality and functions best as part of a team.
